On foot from the city center or train station
The Oceanogràfic Valencia is located in the "Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias", around 30 minutes' walk from the historic city center. From Valencia Nord or Estació del Nord train station, you can reach the aquarium in around 30-35 minutes on foot - a lovely walk through the city's modern architecture.
By car - also for day visitors
If you are traveling by car, you can easily reach the Oceanogràfic Valencia via the V-30 or V-31 freeways (exit "Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias"). The large parking garage "Aparcamiento Oceanogràfic" is located directly under the aquarium, which is open daily and is only a few steps away from the entrance.
There are also other parking garages and public parking lots in the vicinity of the "Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias".
By public transportation
The Oceanogràfic Valencia is very well connected to public transportation: Several bus lines (including 13, 15, 24, 25, 35, 95) stop directly at the "Oceanogràfic" stop or in the immediate vicinity. The "Alameda" metro station (lines 3 and 5) is around 20 minutes' walk away - from there you can walk through the beautiful Turia Park directly to the aquarium.
