The Malta National Aquarium is located directly on the picturesque coast of Qawra in the north-east of Malta, not far from St. Paul's Bay - perfectly embedded in the tourist zone and only a few minutes' walk from hotels, cafés and the promenade.

The Malta National Aquarium is located in the coastal town of Qawra, right on the promenade - ideal for visitors who live nearby or are staying in neighboring Bugibba. It is about a 10-minute walk from Bugibba bus station and just a few steps from the promenade.

The Malta National Aquarium can be easily reached via the main road to Qawra (Triq Il-Qawra) or by cab - about 30 to 40 minutes' drive from Valletta. Directly next to and below the aquarium is an in-house car and underground parking lot with over 140 parking spaces, which is free of charge for visitors.

Simply take a ticket at the entrance and validate it at reception. From there it is only a few steps to the entrance.

Several bus lines stop directly in front of the aquarium at the "BEN" stop, including 45, 186 and 221, making it easy to get there from Valletta, Sliema, Mellieħa or Mdina, for example.

From Malta International Airport, take the X3 line, which will take you to the "BEN" stop in around 40 minutes.
